Through my years leading fitness communities in Tokyo, I’ve experienced the incredible energy of the leaders behind the events. I also know the frustration of translating that passion into a sustainable career, with many working part-time or on a volunteer basis.
This gap between impact and income is more than just a professional challenge—it's a societal one. As we face a growing need for better health and genuine social connection, I believe these leaders are the solution.
As a software developer, I decided to tackle this problem head-on by building Fit Festival.
